We are an integrated offshore supply operation principally engaged in the provisioning of marine logistic services, ship repair, fabrication and other marine services. We operate out of the UAE serving primarily customers in the Middle East. We operate through our subsidiaries, Atlantic Maritime Group FZE, which is based in Hamariyah Freezone, Sharjah, as well as Atlantic Ship Management LLC, based in Abu Dhabi.

Atlantic Maritime Group FZE (AMG), our key operating entity is based in Hamriyah FreeZone Sharjah,  United Arab Emirates. Our business activities can be broadly segmented into two operating divisions, which are vertically integrated to provide a wide range of services to our customers

Marine Logistics Services (MLS)

The MLS Division provides ship chartering as well as technical management services principally for the offshore oil and gas and marine construction industries in the Middle East and India as well as other geographical region.

The MLS Division also provides cross chartering and management services of third parties vessels and shipbroking services

Ship Repair, Maintenance and Fabrication (SRM)

Our SRM Division provides in-house, afloat and drydock repair and maintenance services for vessels utilised in our MLS division. We also extend full repair services to third party customers.
